Cancellation Policy & Fees
To reschedule or cancel services, you must call us at least 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment avoid being charged the entire cleaning fee.
- If you DO NOT contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the entire cleaning.
- If you confirm and later cancel your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the entire cleaning.
- For scheduled appointments on Monday, final confirmation will be completed by the Friday preceding. (Saturday & Sunday are excluded)
